Marysol Estigarribia
As Deputy Head for our labour practice, Marysol primarily focuses on Labour and Employment law, specializing in providing employment advice to corporate clients, including multinational firms with operations in Paraguay and local corporations. She handles complex issues related to top executives, compensation structures, international posting of employees, and personnel restructuring. Additionally, she designs solutions for clients in matters like negotiating terminations and both collective and individual negotiations. Marysol earned her degree from Catholic University of Asunción in 2008, followed by a Postgraduate Specialization in Civil and Commercial Law in 2008. She is also a contributor to the World Bank biannual reports on Business, Women, and the Law and serves as a member of the Steering Committee of the Vance Center for the Women in the Profession Project.
