Eduardo Pólit Molestina

Eduardo specializes in Dispute Resolution, Finance, Infrastructure, Energy and Natural Resources, and Public Law. He was admitted to practice law in Ecuador in 1968. Eduardo holds a Jurisprudence Doctor from Central University of Ecuador, an LL.M. in Banking Law and Securities from University of Madrid, Spain, and a Certificate in International Tax Program from Harvard Law School. His extensive experience includes serving as General Revenue Director at the Ministry of Finance of Ecuador, Member of the Advising Board on Petroleum Policy, Head of the Government’s Tax Reform (1977-1981), and President of the Ecuadorian-Chilean Chamber of Commerce. He was also the Head of the Quito Stock Exchange Organization (1964-1970) and President of the Ecuadorian-French Chamber of Industry and Commerce. He has lectured on Public Finance and Tax Law at Central University of Ecuador. Eduardo is fluent in English and Spanish.
