José Miguel Villeda Villeda
José Miguel specializes in Corporate M&A, Administrative Law, Tax, Natural Resources, and Public Law. With a wealth of experience in both private practice and public sector roles, José Miguel brings a comprehensive perspective to his work. He has held leadership positions in the legal and business communities, including serving as the Former Dean of the Law School at Universidad Tecnológica de Honduras and as Former Vice-President of the National Industrial Association (ANDI). Additionally, José Miguel has served as Fiscal of the Honduras National Bar and held key positions in the Honduran government, including Director of Mines and Hydrocarbons and Director of the National Register of Persons.
José Miguel holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Honduras, where he was awarded the Consecutive Honor Student Award.
