Natalia Callejas Aquino
Natalia specializes in Corporate M&A, Finance, Anti-corruption Compliance, Corporate Compliance, and Energy & Natural Resources. With a strong background in both corporate law and ethics, she assists clients in navigating complex transactions, ensuring compliance with regulations, and addressing risk management in corporate governance.
Born in Guatemala City, Natalia was admitted to practice law in Guatemala in 2013. She holds a law degree from Universidad Francisco Marroquín, where she was also recognized as a Public Notary. Additionally, she completed a Master’s in Law (LL.M.) with a focus on Finance and Energy & Natural Resources at King’s College London & IBA, and holds a Master’s Degree in Bioethics from Universidad del Istmo.
In addition to her role at Aguilar Castillo Love, Natalia is actively involved in promoting gender diversity and empowerment in the legal field, serving on the Board of Directors of Transforma Abogadas in Guatemala, the WIP Chapter Guatemala.
