Maripaz Vindas Cordero

Maripaz Vindas Cordero is an Of Counsel at Aguilar Castillo Love, where she specializes in Corporate & M&A, International Trade & Investment, Labor & Employment, Public Law, Regulatory & Compliance, and Investigations. With a background in both law and international relations, Maripaz brings a multifaceted approach to legal matters, particularly in cross-border and multi-jurisdictional transactions.

She holds a Licentiate in Law from Universidad Escuela Libre de Derecho, a Bachelor’s in International Relations from Universidad Nacional de Costa Rica, and a Master’s in International Trade & Investment from Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Additionally, she completed a Master’s in International Relations & Diplomacy from the Escuela Diplomática de Madrid.

Maripaz is also a Co-founder and Member of the Board of Directors for several non-profit organizations, including FUDESSOS, CELAV, and Olaigualdad, demonstrating her commitment to social responsibility and advocacy.
