Marco Solano
Marco has a great deal of expertise in Antitrust and Competition, Corporate M&A, Finance, Infrastructure, Energy and Natural Resources, and Regulatory and Compliance. Admitted as a Public Notary in Costa Rica in 1997, Marco combines extensive international experience with a focus on complex cross-border matters and regulatory frameworks.
Marco earned his LLM from Georgetown University Law Center (2006), where he serves on the Latin America Alumni Advisory Board (2018–present). He also completed studies at Tulane University (Introduction to the Legal System of the United States, 2005) and holds a Licentiate in Law from the Universidad de Costa Rica (1997). His professional experience includes working at Sidley Austin LLP in Washington D.C. and New York (2006–2007) and Greenberg Traurig LLP in New York (2007–2008).
