Mary Ann Drake

Mary Ann Drake is the General Counsel and a Partner at Aguilar Castillo Love, specializing in Corporate M&A, Dispute Resolution, Employment, Finance, and Regulatory and Compliance. Born in San José, Costa Rica, Mary Ann was admitted to practice law in 1999 as a Public Notary in Costa Rica. She holds a Licentiate in Law from Universidad de San José, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude in 1998. Mary Ann is also a co-author of the publication “El Contrato de Fideicomiso y su Regulación,” which has been promoted in both Costa Rica and Guatemala
