Mariana Castro Hernández

Mariana Castro Hernández is an Associate at Aguilar Castillo Love, specializing in Corporate Law, Intellectual Property, Employment Law, International Law, and International Trade and Investment. She brings a strong academic background and practical experience to her work, particularly in intellectual property and international trade matters. Mariana earned her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Universidad de Costa Rica in 2010, where she received an honorable mention for her thesis on “Copyright Related Rights: Protections Granted by the Costa Rican Legal System and Problems of Their Holders in the Exercise of Their Rights.” She further advanced her legal education with a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from American University Washington College of Law, specializing in International & Comparative Protection of Intellectual Property (2012).
