He holds a Licentiate in Law from Universidad Internacional de las Americas and Universidad Panamericana, an LL.M. in Corporate Labor Law from Universidad Latina, and further qualifications in Data Privacy and Human Resources Management from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos and Cornell University, respectively. He has authored several key publications on labor law and employment practices and has been a frequent speaker and moderator at prestigious conferences.
