Fabián Solís

Fabián has a great deal of expertise in Finance & Capital Markets, Regulatory & Compliance, Information Technology & Cybersecurity, Blockchain & Cryptocurrency, Privacy and Data Protection, Ecommerce, and Telecommunications. Admitted as a Public Notary in Costa Rica in 2012, Fabián provides strategic legal guidance on cutting-edge issues at the intersection of law, technology, and finance.

Fabián holds a Master’s degree in Digital Law and Information Society from the University of Barcelona and a Licentiate’s degree in Law with a major in Technology, eCommerce, and Telecommunications from the University of Costa Rica. He has also completed several prestigious certifications and specializations, including the Google Project Management Certificate, the Blockchain Revolution Specialization (INSEAD), and the Regulatory Compliance Specialization (University of Pennsylvania). Additional qualifications include expertise in Financial Industry Transformation and Regulation (Hong Kong University of Science and Technology) and Strategic Management and Innovation (Copenhagen Business School).
