Laura Rodríguez Amador
Laura is an Of Counsel at Aguilar Castillo Love, specializing in Telecom Regulation, Public Law, Finance and Banking, Regulatory, and Corporate law. She was admitted to practice law in Costa Rica in 2010 and holds a Licentiate in Law from the University of Costa Rica (2010). Laura furthered her studies with a Master’s Degree in Telecommunications Law at Carlos III of Madrid University (2015), specializing in Data Protection, Audiovisual, and ICTs. She also completed Notary and Registry Law studies at the University of Costa Rica in 2012.
Laura has significant experience as a legal advisor in the 1800 MHz and 1900/2100 MHz Spectrum Auction Process led by Costa Rica’s Telecommunications Regulator and was part of the legal team for implementing Mobile Number Portability in Costa Rica.
