Rubén Zamora Castro

Rubén specializes in Dispute Resolution, Finance, Infrastructure, Energy and Natural Resources, Public Law, and Regulatory and Compliance. With a wealth of experience in legal matters related to public services and infrastructure, Rubén has a strong track record of representing clients in complex regulatory and compliance matters, particularly in sectors like energy and public utilities.He holds a Licentiate in Law from the Universidad de Costa Rica, obtained in 2002. Rubén also has previous experience working at Autoridad Reguladora de Servicios Públicos-ARESEP, Costa Rica’s public services regulator, where he served in the Legal Department from 2003 to 2006.
